How to place a manual booking in Signkick Trading Bridge
As well as managing manual bookings, the Signkick Trading Bridge platform also allows you to enter manual bookings. Here’s how to enter booking manually.
- First, log in to Signkick Trading Bridge at https://tradingbridge.signkick.com
- From here, you have two options for creating the campaign depending on your personal prefernce. You can choose to either create the campaign first or select the locations then create the campaign.
To create a new campaign first:
- Navigate to the ‘Campaign Planner’
- Select ‘+New Campaign’ from the blue bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the prompts to enter a campaign Name, Dates and specify the Brand, Advertiser, Agency and Buyer.
- Here you can also review the campaign and total campaign price. You can amend the negotiated campaign price (you cannot change the price of individual locations) or choose to add or remove locations.
- Save the campaign by selecting ‘Create Campaign’. This will trigger an automated ‘Draft Campaign Created’ email notification.
N.B: If you have locations already selected this option will be to ‘Create campaign &‘Add selected’. You can always remove locations after.
To select the locations first:
- Select the ‘Inventory’ view tab at the top of the screen.
- Narrow down the parameters using the filters e.g dates, days of the week, time frames, panel type, SOT and locations.
- This will bring up a list of locations that match these parameters along with availability and price for each location.
- Select each of the locations you would like to add to the campaign using the checkbox on the right.
- Then select ‘Add [total number] Selected’ from the top of the list. This button also displays a running total of the selected locations.
- This will bring the ‘Create Campaign’ pop-up into view.. Here you can choose to add the panels to an existing campaign from the list by selecting ‘Add’ or to create a ‘+New Campaign’.
- Follow the prompts to enter a campaign Name, Dates and specify the Brand, Advertiser, Agency and Buyer.
- Here you can also review the campaign and total campaign price. You can amend the negotiated campaign price (you cannot change the price of individual locations) or choose to add or remove locations.
- Save the campaign by selecting ‘Create Campaign’. This will trigger an automated ‘Draft Campaign Created’ email notification.
Completing this process and creating the campaign automatically converts it to ‘Option Confirmed’ and you will receive an automated ‘Campaign Optioned’ email notification.
Optioned > Booking Confirmed
Once the booking is ready to be converted from an option to a booking, you can simply change the campaign status to ‘Booking Confirmed’ using the drop down. This will trigger an automated ‘Booking Confirmed’ email notification.
