How do I confirm a booking?
Both automated and manually optioned campaigns can be converted to a booking manually through the Campaign Planner.
- Log in, then navigate to – or search for – the campaign you would like to convert to a booking in the ‘Campaign Planner’.
- Use the drop down status box to set the status to ‘Booking Confirmed’.
- Changing this status will trigger an automated email notification.
