How do I change a campaign’s status?
It is possible to change the status of a campaign at any time using the ‘Campaign Planner’.
- Log in, then navigate to – or search for – the campaign you would like to amend in the ‘Campaign Planner’.
- Use the drop down status box to select the correct status from: ‘Draft Campaign’, ‘Option Confirmed’, ‘Booking Confirmed’ or ‘Booking Cancelled’.
- Changing this status will trigger an automated email notification.
