How do I cancel a campaign?

It is possible to cancel both automated and manual campaigns using the ‘Campaign Planner’.  

  1. Log in, then navigate to – or search for – the campaign you would like to cancel in the ‘Campaign Planner’.
  2. Use the drop down status box to select ‘Booking Cancelled’.
  3. Changing this status will trigger an automated email notification.
★ Admin and Power Users only This function is only available to those with an Admin or Power User account. If you don’t have access, but think you should, please contact your system administrator.
