For production teams

Your new platform will help you easily manage artwork and production. Here are some of the most common functions you’ll need to get started.

  1. You can view the status of all campaigns under your Printer Dashboard which you can find here (NB: you may not be able to see the campaign until the artwork has been approved).
  2. Clients can upload artwork to their campaign anytime and, occasionally, you may want to do this for them.
  3. Your client will need the artwork specifications, this is where they can find them.
  4. The system is set up to help you follow-up on a client’s artwork. 
  5. Once artwork has been approved on a client’s campaign, the person responsible for printing will be notified by email and the campaign will appear on their Printer Dashboard.
  6. Find out what the system automatically check artwork for.
  7. You can quickly remove, approve or reject a client’s artwork.
★ Admin and Power Users only This function is only available to those with an Admin or Power User account. If you don’t have access, but think you should, please contact your system administrator.
