How to change a panel to ‘Optioned’ in a client’s campaign
If a client has booked a panel that they would instead like to have ‘Optioned’. You can amend this for them by:
- Logging in, then using your account drop down in the top right of your window, select ‘All Campaigns’.
- Search for and select the campaign you want to amend.
- Use the checkbox on the right to select the panel/s you want to option then select ‘Option Item’ from the buttons at the top.
