How to cancel a booking
Occasionally, a client may ask to cancel their entire campaign or booking.
- Login, then using your account drop down in the top right of your window, select ‘All Campaigns’.
- Search for and select the campaign you want to cancel.
- Use the checkbox on the right to first select all of the panel/s in the campaign then select ‘Remove’ from the buttons at the top.
- You will then be able to select ‘Cancel Booking’ from the top left of the Campaign details section.
