How to remove VAT from a campaign
Sometimes you will need to be able to remove VAT from a campaign (for example for a charity or not for profit organisation):
- First, search and select the campaign you would like to remove VAT for.
- Under ‘Campaign Details’ scroll to the bottom and hover next to VAT (20%) to select the edit pen icon.
- Here you can toggle the Apply Vat button on or off and save.
- If payment has already been received this will also process a refund to the client.
