The system is set-up to encourage clients to upload their campaign artwork directly to their campaign, reducing work for your teams. However, occasionally, you may receive artwork from another source. To manually upload the artwork to your client’s campaign:
- Login, then using your account drop down in the top right of your window, select ‘All Campaigns’.
- Search for and select the campaign you want to upload artwork to.
- Under Campaign Details, you can select the ‘Submit Artwork’ button on the right and upload the files.
NB: be sure to check it has been provided in one of your accepted file formats.
