Following up on a client’s artwork

The system is set-up to encourage clients to upload their campaign artwork directly to their campaign, and has in place a series of automated reminders to upload before the due date. This significantly reduces the time your team spends chasing artwork. 

When a client books their campaign, they are notified of your usual artwork upload deadline via email.

They will then receive three automated email reminders to upload their artwork: two weeks, one week and two days before their due date.
